Project Brief: WikiPavilion is a new pop-up structure designed to support the Archive-opia project. It will relocate to different locations in the city, as a venue for exhibitions and events. It is also a prototype of the WikiHouse Skylark system: an ingenious and low-cost construction method, CNC-cut from standard sheets of plywood and slotted together without structural fixings. As its name implies, the WikiHouse system is also 'open-source', designed to democratise housing design. WikiPavilion as part of Archiveopia, will appear in different locations across Milton Keynes during the month of October (2022), including Kents Hill on 14th and 15th, Middleton Hall from 18th to 22nd, and MK Central Library from 26th to 30th. Rowin & Mieke wilden niets liever dan samenwonen, voor de starters een bijna onmogelijke opgave op de verhitte woningmarkt. De zomer brachten ze samen door op de camping en zijn daarna noodgedwongen ingetrokken op de zolderkamer van Rowin’s vader. Niet ideaal. Na lang zoeken vonden ze een huur appartementje in Almere. Het eerste Wikihouse ter wereld is vrijdagmiddag opgeleverd in Almere. Het huis is 40 vierkante meter groot en staat bij de tiny house expo in Almere Poort. Een wikihouse is een bouwpakket waarmee je zelf een huis kan bouwen. Online staan handleidingen die je kan downloaden om het huis in elkaar te zetten. Daarnaast kan je zelf ontwerpen uploaden of verbeteren. Een wiki house kan ze groot worden als de bouwer zelf wil maken. In Almere is gekozen voor een klein model zodat het op de tiny house expo mag staan. Dit eerste Wikihouse in Almere zal dienen als showmodel. Over een half jaar gaat de woning in de verhuur.

-Каркас дома изготовлен из влагостойкой фанеры (не осб!) 18мм на станках ЧПУ , что исключает ошибки и влияние человеческого фактора. Сама фанера как материал по сравнению с ОСБ гораздо прочней и долговечней и не разрушается при попадании воды. Крепление полов и стен осуществляется замковыми соединениями, что предает дополнительную прочность и в тоже время пластичность , а значит у вас не будут образовываться трещины на стенах, по сравнении с менее пластичными материалами такими как газоблок и кирпич. PS Мы полностью разделяем мнение автора, ролик которого можно посмотреть по ссылке ниже, Метал -король материалов, Фанера-королева! :)Хорошего просмотра. 🤍 -Утепление .Дом утепляется целлюлозной ватой(целлюлозный утеплитель) методом задувки, все ниши заполняются полностью не оставляя пустот(мостиков холода) , что позволяет избежать ошибок при утеплении. Толщина утеплителя 250мм пол, стены, потолок. Класс горючести Г2 , в утеплитель добавлены антипирены(соли), которые делают его не горючим. В нем не живут насекомые и грызуны. 🤍 250мм целлюлозы = 300 мм минеральной ваты = 770 мм газоблока = 830 мм цельный деревянный брус = 2340мм кирпичной кладки - Фундамент. Дом стоит на фундаменте из столбиков, что позволяет устанавливать дом на склонах , также это обеспечивает защиту от воды и подтопления(хорошо для горных районов) .Дешевле ленточных фундаментов и фундаментов виде в монолитной плиты. -Модульная конструкция позволяет менять габариты дома и планировать оконные и дверные проемы относительно размещения дома на участке с учетом сторон света.(больше окон на южной стороне, меньше или отсутствие на северной). -Экономия! Еще один из плюсов , это экономия на логистике, так как все материалы на дом доставляются в одной машине. De bouw van woonwijk WikiHouse De Stripmaker in Almere is begonnen. Dertien houten huizen worden in elkaar gezet door de eigenaren zelf. De huizen zijn digitaal ontworpen en een computergestuurde zaag heeft ze in puzzelstukken gezaagd. De zelfbouwers noemen het ook wel 'Meccano met hout'. Op pallets zijn alle onderdelen aangeleverd. Die worden nu in elkaar gezet en het huis wordt vervolgens op de kavel verder afgebouwd. Het woningbouwproject is de eerste van vier Europese proefprojecten voor betaalbare lage- energiewoningen. Het project moet zorgen voor 25 procent lagere bouwkosten dan bij normale huizen en 60 procent lagere CO2-uitstoot. Het Almeerse project is ook het grootste WikiHouse-project tot nog toe. Europese subsidie Het project krijgt Europese subsidie. De totale begroting is 807.000 euro, waarvan Brussel 484.000 euro betaalt. Dit geld gaat niet naar de huiseigenaren voor hun huis zelf, maar wordt besteed aan de totstandkoming van het project en begeleiding. Tijdens het hele proces krijgen de bouwers professionele hulp; er zijn zelfbouwbegeleiders, een architect, constructeur en een bouwkostendeskundige, die allemaal advies kunnen geven. Tweede fase Het eerste WikiHouse van Nederland is gebouwd in Almere Poort en werd opgeleverd in 2018. Dit was een pilotwoning. Nu wordt er een echte woonwijk gebouwd. In de volgende fase van het project kunnen nog 14 woningen gebouwd worden. Er zijn nog kavels beschikbaar. Over een jaar moet dan de hele woonwijk af zijn.

El despacho de arquitectos ARKRAFT (Erik Guajardo y Marco Rios) junto con la Dirección de la Escuela de Arquitectura (David Durán Sánchez y Mauricio Hinojosa Garcia, y alumnos del primer semestre de la Escuela de Arquitectura del CEDIM, Desarrollan el proyecto de la primer WikiHouse de México y la Tercera de Latinoamerica bajo una licencia de Creative Commons, permitiendo la libre adaptación, modificación, desarrollo y mejoramiento de todos los diseños disponibles, en beneficio de cada usuario y la comunidad. La idea es generar una gran comunidad de intercambio y mejoramiento de modelos sencillos de arquitectura que permitan la construcción de refugios o viviendas al alcance de todos, en tiempo record, utilizando materiales económicos, herramientas simples y sin necesidad de mano de obra especializada. Si bien se trata de un espacio aún en modo de prueba, se prevé que la primera Wikihouse de México se construirá en en el taller de prototipos de CEDIM del 12 de Noviembre al 10 de Diciembre del 2016 Compartir siempre es una buena idea, lo que convierte a esta iniciativa por parte de la dirección de la escuela de arquitectura como sobresaliente y que podría tener un futuro prometedor, mientras la tecnología se hace más próxima e internet se transforma en la plataforma de difusión y mejoramiento de la arquitectura, la construcción, los métodos y procesos donde todos tenemos palabra.

De bouwtekeningen zijn te downloaden vanaf een speciale website. Het Wikihouse in Almere Poort is klein, zo'n 40 vierkante meter, omdat het huis wordt gebouwd tijdens de Tiny Houses EXPO. Als het Wikihouse klaar is, wordt het verhuurd door woningbouwcorporatie Goede Stede.

Zelfbouwer Sebastiaan deelt zijn ervaring met het ontwerpen en eigenhandig bouwen van zijn WikiHouse op De Stripmaker in Almere Buiten. Daar wordt het eerste WikiHouse woonbuurtje ter wereld gerealiseerd. Met dit zelfbouwexperiment onderzoekt het Woningbouwatelier de potentie van WikiHouse als oplossing voor betaalbaar, duurzaam en vraaggericht bouwen.
A quick video showing our eco house and surroundings at sunset. The house sits in a 2.5 acre field. We also have another field (4+ acres) and a 700+ tree apple orchard (4+ acres). We are located on our smallholding in the beautiful rural Cotswolds area of central England. The house is a custom experimental Wiki House, which means that it is constructed from a huge Lego kit of ply parts cut off site. In the UK we are not allowed to build new homes in the countryside - but the rules were relaxed a few years ago to allow existing agricultual buildings to be converted into homes. Accordingly - after a huge struggle - we managed to get a permit to convert our metal barn into a 1-bedroom house. The house walls are massive and consist of multiple layers of structural ply, ceramic-fibre panels and rockwool. This design provides massive sound and thermal insulation and also acts to some degree as a thermal mass heat-store. Inside the house is as quiet as a broadcasting or recording studio. The house itself is 1000 sq ft in area and sits on 4 masive steel foundation rails which in turn sit on 20 driven steel piles. The house structure only touches the metal barn walls at the windows and doors. The whole place was built WITOUT removing any of the existing cladding panels. The Wiki House technque allowed most of the structure to be built in around 8 weeks with electrics etc taking another 4 weeks. No concrete was used in the construction. Also, no earthworks were needed. A mains electricity driven air-source heat pump provides warm air heating and also our hot water. We are not (yet!) off-grid .. we use mains electicity and mains water .. although we do use a modern packaged sewage plant for our drainage. Note: Only 2 walls are glazed - the other glazed wall can be seen in our first video.

The WikiHouse uses frames as part of its construction. The frames sit on four steel foundation rails. The frames MUST fit the rails and MUST NOT hit the existing walls, girders or roof. The first frame was the most critical : if it didn't fit then we would have been in terrible trouble.
